We are undergoing rapid expansion and have a number of great opportunities to support us in this growth.
Our service users are at the heart of everything we do and we are passionate about delivering first class support to them and are looking to establish a world class operational team to enable us to do this.
Service Managers (2)
Salary up to £35k pa and up to 10% performance related bonus
Based in Slough with responsibility for homes in Berkshire and Surrey
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of supported living, proactively driving service user step down, developing and motivating operations staff.
