Incentivized Sign Ups

I am wondering what you mean by "incentivized signups"? Would you be able to do signups that involve registering (for free) at dating websites (non-adult), or for websites that require you to not only register for a free account but also download and install a free application? The sites are:

1.) a dating site - http://www.russian-girls.ws (free registration)

2.) another dating site - flirtcrowd.com (free registration)

3.) free application download site - www.justcloud.com (free registration and application download and install)
